Program Overview
A Certified Medical Administrative Assistant manages the "front office" of healthcare facilities, acting as the primary point of contact for patients. Key duties include scheduling appointments, greeting patients, managing electronic health records (EHR), processing billing and insurance claims, and handling correspondence to ensure efficient office operations.
